Hello! My name is Jamison Schrock. I am 21 years old and live in Northern Indiana in a little town called Wakarusa. I have grown up in these cornfields for most of my life. I am the second of four brothers. The surrounding community is Amish. So that is the dominating culture here, and the speed of life is pretty slow.
I have two passions in life–missions and the stage. I discovered both in high school, and they have only grown with time. I have acted and danced a little since high school and have even taken my first steps into the film industry. That is where I believe God has placed my future ministry. I do not know what it will look like, but I am excited to see how God merges the two.
As of now, I am focusing on my first love, missions. That has taken the form of The World Race. I have always had a love for people and a brokenness for the lost, destitute and helpless. For as long as I can remember, I have shared the good news of Christ with those around me, the young, the old and everyone in between. Well, now I get to go and make disciples of every nation. While I don’t know exactly how that will look, I know one thing is for certain: the best is yet to come.
