So as we all know, the Race can´t be done without support. Both financial and Prayer. Well the truth is we have a financial deadline coming up. In 5 days exactly. October 1, 2011. And though I am safe for this deadline. (I have $7,586 in my account currently with at least $400 on it´s way in now.) The deadline in 5 days in $11,000. That is a lot of money. But honestly it is only pennies to God.
Good news is I am safe for this deadline. Due to my amazing monthly supporters, I have enough money both in my account and pledged (I have about $3,500 pledged right now) that helps me to pass this deadline.
Praise the Lord!!! Thank you for everyone who has supported me up to this point and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone still fundraising for me back at home while I am on the mission field. It is a tremendous help. You have no idea.
By January 1, 2012. I need the complete $15,500 either in my account or pledged. Not too far off. I know with some prayer and a little work that money can be there in no time.
Some sad news is though a member on my team, Ashley Caple does not have this deadline for October. She is still $3,000 away from the financial deadline. Please pray for her and that the money will come in soon (she has 5 days). It is a tight deadline, but all things are possible with God. Here is her blog for you all to check it out. God is using her in great ways and I know her time on the Race is not over! (If she doesn´t get the money in… then she has to go home after this month in Bolivia)
