Hey everybody! I just wanted to let y'all know that since I last posted a fundraising update I have collected an additional $50, giving me a grand total of $9238.47! My next goal of $11,000 is due in just a few weeks, around October 1. That amount has to be in my account before that date otherwise I cannot continue on the World Race. God has been showing and teaching me so much about ministry and the poeple of this beautiful world that he has created and I trust that he will provide the funds that I need in the coming weeks. Come be a part of God's redeeming work among the nations! If you are considering supporting me please send in your contribution as soon as possible!
For those who would like to contribute directly but aren't sure how there are several ways:
- You can send me a check made out to Adventures in Missions (it's a 501(c)3 non-profit organization so your gift is tax deductable!), and I can forward it on to the main office in Atlanta.

For support slips: if you're in Baton Rouge you can contact my parents, Bond & Nita Lux. If you are in Knoxville you can contact Francie Koerhsen, Russ Mitchell, or Calvary Baptist Church. They can then send the check and the support slip to the main office or you can send at your convenience. (Note: It is strongly recommended that you do not send cash in the mail.)
- In the grey bar on the left side of this blog there is a link that says 'Support Me!' that will take you to an online giving form.
