I am sorry but I am directing you all to my teammate, Sarah Buller´s blogsite as she wrote out what happened on the race aspect. I am pretty tired and getting a little head cold so I decided that this would be the better way to let you know how the race went. It was an amazing trip and on Sunday morning we are leaving Team A here in Guatemala and going to Nicaragua. We will spend the night in El Salvador and then have another ten hour bus ride (ouch). But honestly, Guatamala is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been! Last night a bunch of us for our day off climbed up an active volcano and got to about 20 feet from the flowing lava! Talk about breathtaking. And it was at night so it was a brilliant orange that glowed and pulsated as it flowed down to meet us at the bottom. God is so gracious and good and at the same time, the power that He wields is tremendous. I hope that you will all forgive me for not writing it out myself but I think that Sarah does an awesome job with it and has great pictures so here it is: http://sarahbullers.theworldrace.org/index.asp?filename=the-race-to-guatemala
