Well, it’s official.
We are now done with month 6 of the World Race!
Officially over the halfway mark.
Officially not sure what to think of it!
Malaysia was a great month! We spent our month serving with a church in Sungai Petani. Our first week started out a bit crazy and I don’t know if the schedule every really leveled out but it was a great time for sure!
For the first time as team Aleph we were all together 24/7 and it was so great getting to know our team that much better!
Our first week of ministry consisted of visiting a home for mentally disabled people ranging from young children to elderly people about 3 hours a day, visiting a children’s home for about two hours a day.
These are my little buddies James (left) and Caleb (right).

We also helped lead bible studies, prayer services, and the main church services. I was given the incredible opportunity to share on the Fathers love at one of the main church services. It was great to see how the Lord spoke through me and at His perfect timing! The rest of the month we served the church by helping design and build some projects. I was given an opportunity to put my creative side to work and ended up creating this project:

The top one was made out of styrofoam and way too much glitter! And the bottom one we painted on the wall upstairs in the church. It was so cool to see how I could use my creativeness to serve the Kingdom of God and I received some really wonderful feedback on it!
We also spent many hours Christmas caroling around the town until the wee hours of the morning! It was so much fun! Just about every house consisted of singing and dance parties! This is just the men of caroling!
As you can see it was quite fun!

Our final hoorah’s consisted of a high energy and fun Christmas Eve celebration with more dance parties and singing! And a huge family reunion on the beach with the pastor’s family!
For the visual people, check out Dillon Seeley’s blog for a video recap of this month!
In a few short days we leave Malaysia and head to Thailand and then begins…wait for it…
MANISTRY MONTH!!!
Where all of the men spend one mont together serving the Kingdom of God and loving on the community of Mae Sot, Thailand! Please continue to pray for us as we go into that community and serve God!
My month 7 goals are:
-To go hard and give it my all.
-Experience God more in ministry, adventure, and rest.
-Just be. Be present. Be focused. Be Christ.
-Experience more of Gods love and be His love more.
-Explore more of my creative side.
-Be willing to do whatever the Lord asks. (Exodus 35:20-29)
Please continue to pray as I strive to accomplish all of these goals to the best of my abilities!
