Who said that being a missionary meant you had to get all flabby? You may think this is a joke, but I’m not kidding. One thing I will never forget about training camp is the moment when they mentioned the horrid words….dun dun dun, African….Belly. I wasn’t having any of that! I mean ANY OF THAT! And you shouldn’t either. Just because your diet consists entirely of carbs doesn’t mean your fate is hopeless. This workout is JUST THAT GOOD. It will get you into the shape you’ve been dreaming of, or keep you at the weight you’ve worked so hard to maintain. No matter what your motivation, expect to see results!

Other racers may tell that Jillian Michael’s or P-90 did the trick, but this video puts all those impersonators to shame. If you are trying to get ripped and fit in only a matter of months, then check out this workout video….missionary style.

…or just check it out because it’s hilarious. I promise you’ll enjoy it!

P.S. In all seriousness, being a missionary does mean giving up some things. You certainly won't be living the way you did at home. So maybe your excerise routine changes a little. But for most things (especially the things that really matter), God works with you to set the terms. For instance, you may only get a limited amount of water when you're living in a country like Haiti (oh wait, that actually happened). So you get to decide if you'd rather use it to a flush a toilet (and avoid the scary and complicated squatty potty), wash your dishes, or take a shower. The choice is yours (I went for the toilet), but it's comes with the condition that you can't have it all. But knowing that is freeing. We weren't called to live in abundance. Our Father calls us to be stewardly and I promise you, when you truly live that way, you gain a lot more than you loose.  #beingamissionaryrocks
