Hi! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Jackie, and here’s a little about myself: I am the oldest of six kids; crazy, right? I have four brothers and one sister. Growing up my family was always on the go and because of that, I like to shake up my routine often. My favorite way is by going on SPONTANEOUS CAMPING TRIPS! I love going backpacking with my friends and sister. I really love spending time in the great outdoors getting to know people.
I love people…genuinely, compassionately love people. More importantly, I am head over heels in love with God. Jesus Christ saved me from my enslavement to sin, and my heart breaks knowing there are people who will never hear about his life changing love unless someone goes to tell them. My love for him and people is what compels me to follow God’s call to the World Race, in January. I am currently a student at Eastern Kentucky University (GO COLONELS!) studying Middle Grades Math and Social Studies Education. However, I am putting that on hold for a year, and when I return I will complete my degree, graduating in December of 2016.
