As of today, I have raised 23% of my funds needed to go on the World Race. The beauty of the World Race is this is not just a trip. It is not simply a trek around the World. This is an opportunity for us to take part in what the Lord is doing all over the world. I cannot do this alone. This requires trust in the Lord. This requires me to work together with the body of Christ. We each are working together in bringing kingdom to earth (Matthew 6:10). We are the hands and feet of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12- 13:13). HE has called us to visit orphans and widows (James 1:26-27) and to care for the poor (Matthew 25: 31-46). Oh, may we be a people who seeks first the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) instead of worldly things (1 John 2:15-17). Let us use our talents, passions, and possessions that God has entrusted to us for His glory!
God has called me for such a time as this to leave the United States for 11 months. My heart is burdened for orphans, widows, and the poor around the world. I may not change their circumstances, but I can share with them the hope that I have found in Christ.
