A few days ago it began to rain heavy, hard & relentlessly in San Jose. While I watched the storm pour out almost deafeningly against everything exposed to its power these words came to my heart about how God pours out his power on us.

Rain,

And wash me clean.

Rain,

And set me free.

Rain,

After you plant the seed.

Rain,

After you remove the weeds.

Rain,

Let your love flow.

Rain,

So that I may grow.

Rain,

Please flood my heart.

Rain,

So your grace may start.

Rain,

So others may be.

Rain,

Apart of all you are doing in me.
