The countdown is turning into a showdown. Gloves laced tight, hands up and the fight is on in the spiritual ring as far as I'm concerned.

I'm 20-something days away from launch date. I say "20 something" because I keep losing track of what day of the week it even is sometimes.

In this last month, God has blessed my ministries and tested me. Both are exhilerating. I bear witness in my Spirit to seeing people commit their lives to the Lord, being baptized in the name of Jesus, being discipled, growing in the faith and enduring for the faith.

I have also been severely tempted on all fronts.
I have also stumbled quite a few times.
I began to feel unqualified disqualified from God's promises.

Today in the midst of a minor meltdown…
as many saints and even my pastor gave me the pep talk, coaching, correction and love any good fighter gets in the corner between rounds…

I heard the bell ring.
Ding! Ding!

Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
but the LORD delivers him from them all. Psalm 34:19

I have confessed. I have cried about it.

I have sniffled with anxiety as the enemy attacks my every weakness.

Jesus Christ declares me righteous. He's in my corner with a sweat towel and squirt bottle of water.
As someone told me today…"Now that you've confessed, pick yourself up — grab your boot straps, cowgirl hat & get to work!"

The flesh got the best of me on this last round.

But I'm back in the fight and ready for mission!
