First, I would like to start off with a “thank you.” Thank you to anyone who has prayed for me. In this year, I have learned how impactful those prayers truly are! Thank you to anyone who has donated or spread the word about my causes, whether for participation on the Race, supplementing personal funds, or being continuous support for any other phase of my life, I appreciate your generosity.
Gratefulness is often lost in fundraising, and I hope this time it wasn’t. I hope you see how much your investment, whatever it may have looked like, has impacted me dramatically. You got behind my participation on the Race so quickly because you saw my heart, my vision, and my dreams for it, and I am so thankful.
You have probably seen my recent presence on social media; I have been sharing blogs and posts requesting support: Some of my squadmates have not reached their fundraising goals, some of us are trying to raise funds for flights home, and some of us are fundraising for our ministry in Siem Reap.
Additionally, my friend’s niece, who isn’t born yet, needs a healing touch from the hand of God, my squad mentor needs funding, and most parents of my squadmates are raising money for a trip called PVT (Parent Vision Trip). At PVT, they meet our Squad in Thailand for 1 week to do ministry alongside us, and most importantly, our parents will be exposed to an eye-opening, life-changing encounter with God.
Why am I saying all of this now?
I want your help.
I want your prayers.
I can safely and honestly say that I cannot do this on my own.
My squad can’t do this together on our own.
Here are the ways you can find out more information, donate, support, and pray for these needs:
First is Sara Pfund, a fierce woman of God, who carries so much boldness and has the ability to bring joy into any situation. She knows what she’s passionate about and serves wherever she is needed. She can do anything in the world musically when she puts her mind to it. She is still fundraising for her Race. The final deadline has long passed, and she’s received an extension. Help her to finish this Race well and strong:

Second are Alex and Caroline Fowler, a faith-filled couple, pursuing the Lord together and running this Race together. Caroline sings, plays the ukulele, and is one of the most interruptible people I have ever met. Alex is prophetic, wise beyond his years, and he can fix anything. They have to raise twice as much as I did because there are two of them. Here’s how you can help:

Third is Scarlett McCall, a wonderful friend, with a heart for children, those with special needs, and basically anyone and everyone else. She loves to serve people and take care of them well. Help her to finish fundraising, here:

Fourth, Kerri Klenkel, one of the most incredible people that I know. She is transparent in her love for people and the Lord. She fights for those she loves and pushes to be the best person she can be. She never settles for less than God’s best. She is the closest to being done with her fundraising! Help her to get the last little bit here:

Next up is Stacy Povian, our phenomenal Squad Mentor. She pours into us whether she is on the field with us or back stateside in the office. She loves us all so well, prays for us without ceasing, and pushes us to grow closer to the Lord by the way she lives her life and by challenging us. Part of her job requires that she raises support. Help her here:

Below is a list of parents who need help getting to PVT. It costs $750 for the trip, not including airfare. This is a huge opportunity for God to do phenomenal things in the lives of parents, racers, and in entire families:

God is faithful and I believe He is our Provider and wants to show up in these places, but I know He often wants to answer our prayers through His hands and feet: His people.
Without each person on my squad, I would not be where I am at. By supporting my team, you are supporting me!
Thank you again! Please be in prayer for us and donate! I love you all!
