Hello friends, I haven’t posted a blog in a while so I thought I would give you all an update on whats going on in my life.

Just recently I have graduated from High School! It was a long four years of online school, but it has reached its end, and the feeling is a strange one.  My Graduation feels like a time of completion and ending however there is also a feeling of the dawning of a new era of my life.  An era of adventure, travel, and discovering myself and my identity in Christ on the way.

I can not wait to see God in the extraordinary.  And thats not to say we can’t see God in the ordinary as well.  In fact I think that Is where God reveals his beauty the most, is in the ordinary lives of the people around us.  God reveals himself not through the earthquake, or fire, but through the whisper of a gentle wind.

All that being said I am soooo excited to start this adventure and the amazing craziness it will bring.  In the words of Dr. Seuss “Oh the places you will go and see.

In 3 days I will be going to Lost Canyon, (a young life camp) to serve a session as Work Crew.  I will be in ODC, for those of you who don’t know what that is, ODC stands for Outdoor Crew.  Lost Canyon is located in Arizona, the closest city is Flagstaff.  I am so excited to go serve at that camp for a month, I don’t know anyone at the camp and I have never been there but I am pumped to jump into the unknown and trust that Jesus will use this opportunity to train me for my upcoming World Race Trip.

I apologize in advance to anyone who tries to get into contact with me, as I will be unreachable for the next month.

In terms of support I am so thankful for the gift of prayer and financial backing you all have shown me.  In my financial support there was a huge push to reach my first deadline, and the generosity shown was humbling.  Lately however I have kind of reached a dry spot in raising money.  I would ask that all you guys would continue to pray for me and consider supporting me financially.  My next deadline is in June and by then I need to raise at least 9,000 dollars.

One final thing that I wanted to talk to you guys about is why I want to go on the World Race.  I want to live like Jesus did.  I want to live in a life of abandonment and pursuing our father God. I want to serve others and go and tell the lonely and hopeless hearts that their father in heaven loves them unconditionally no matter their past.  I want to put myself in a vulnerable place where God can help reveal to me how to live a purpose driven life in pursuit of him.  I want to learn about myself, my spiritual gifts and what I feel called to.

1 John 2:5-6 “But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him, Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.”

If you have made it this far in the blog then I thank you for reading this, and I give you props, haha. I know this was a long one but I hadn’t blogged in a while and I have a lot going on right now.

Ps. If you have ordered one of my shirts please send in the money very soon so I can place my order.  Thanks.
