Next door to our little hut in Uganda was an IDP camp of people that were displaced because of the war.  We visited daily and began to love on the people.  One day, I went with Laura to walk around and pray.  She was quickly drawn to a man eating dinner with his grandchild.  He invited us to sit with them.  As we did, we met his family.  His son’s wife just had a baby 2 weeks prior and she allowed us to hold her.  As we were trying to chat with him, despite the language barrier, he looked at me and asked me to name her.

I was completely flabbergasted and could not believe my ears.  The first name that came to mind was Rebecca.  She is a beautiful baby girl.  We then prayed over her and her family.
