-What is the World Race?
The World Race is a 11 month mission trip based out of the organization of Adventures in Missions. For 11 months I will be traveling to 11 different countries, 1 month in 1 country.
-What are your countries and where will you stay?
Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam/Laos, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya, Ukraine, Romania
I will be staying with missionaries that are based in the countries.
-What will you be doing?
I will be helping the missionaries in the area with whatever type of ministry they do. After reading other peoples blogs and hearing stories I expect that I will be speaking to churches, helping with construction, feeding homeless, loving on orphans.
The other day a friend and I were in deep conversation with each other. Talking about the Bible, Jesus, Kingdom of Heaven, ect. Long story short, I was able to really encourage him and boost his faith in the Lord. After the conversation was over he looked at me and asked, "So what will you be doing over there, around the world?" Not even thinking about it I blurted out, "This."
Yes, I will be speaking to churches or maybe to large crowds but being on a stage is only 10% of ministry, the other 90% is 1 on 1 with people. I will be able to do life with people and show them Jesus, the True Life. 1 on 1 could range from a king in the area or a homeless man on the street, a young pro soccer player or an orphan. Its really up to what God brings along my path and how obedient I am to Gods voice. But I truly believe that God will use me to be an answer to their prayer.
-Why are you going?
I can't write that I heard Gods voice for me to go on this, that doesn't quiet do justice. When you ask this question you are looking to get personal with me and that's what I plan to do.
I want to know who I am, I want to know what I am made out of, and I want to know if I have what it takes to make it in life. But the only way to know all of this is to know God, for I am made in His image. To know God is more than reading His Word and going to church, it's going on a journey in the 'wilderness' to seek God in all that He has made. If you read about the beginning of man you will see that Adam was made outside the Garden of Eden. He was made in the wilderness and then placed in the comforts of Eden. It was in the wilderness where man was made and it is in the wilderness where man must return to find out who he is and who made him. Through this journey I plan to know the face of God, seek His kingdom, knock on His door, and to hear His voice over any other. Getting away from what is comfortable, dying to self, and being stretched beyond measures will prepare me for the destiny God has in store for me. And its going to be worth it.
​-How can I help? ​
The full cost of this mission trip is $15,500 and I need your help to go. Any blessing of any amount will be greatly/overly appreciated. I have received from $20 to $600 and all of it has helped. If you find it in your heart to bless what God is doing in my life, please go to the "Support Me!' link and follow the instructions listed. ​I have a deadline on Aug. 15th where I need to have $6500 in my account to launch out of the States. ​ALSO​, I have to be fully funded by March 1st.

Also, PRAYER. A lot have people have said that I will be in their prayers and I am grateful but I really do need to be covered in prayer.

Pray for me Spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, finically.
Pray over me with protection, wisdom, discernment, love, peace, humility, guidance.
Pray with me for the/my people, journey, travel, team, family.
