Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted an older brother. Most of my friends have an older brother and they we’re always protective over them and a lot of the times they would fight but I wanted that! I just don’t think you can compare the relationship between and older brother and younger sister. I have an amazing younger brother but for some reason I still longed for an older brother. Well up until Feb 14, 2014, I still wanted one. Little did I know, that I had the 11 most amazing older brothers anyone could ever ask for, right in front of my face!
First of all, the made and served us breakfast, and gave us all some pretty sweet Valentines day cards. They packed our lunch along with a letter.
We all got all dolled up and had our pictures taken by the wonderful photographer Matthew Fitzgerald.
They surprised all 33 girls with a rose as we were personally escorted into our decorated living area. We had an amazing 3 course meal with the head chef being the incredible Jacob Lee Stewart. It consisted of salad with homemade vinegrette, chicken alfredo (alfredo made from scratch by Jacob), and brownies for dessert. We had a delicious candlelit dinner along with wonderful waiters.
The talented Jayce Van Der Linden, set up a photo booth and took countless pictures of whoever and whatever we wanted.They put on a hilarious “talent” show filled with rapping, magic, flips, worship and choreographed dancing. Finally, they gave us each a picture with a personalized note written from all 10 of them.
I was right, there is no comparing the relationship between an older brother and younger sister, especially one with a brother and sister in Christ. I just want to thank God for giving us all such incredible men who love Him above all else, and for setting the example for all of us of how a Godly man looks and acts like and for treating us all like royalty. It was such an incredible night for all 33 girls. For most of us, it was our first time celebrating Valentines Day so, for all future husbands of C Squad ladies, the C Squad men have set a pretty high standard for you! Thanks again C Squad Men, love you guys!
