life is better together. growing hurts, and growing heals. it’s not about me or what i want. god meets us exactly at our point of need. pray…boldly, ferverently, expectantly. say you’re sorry. god knows us each by name, and his greatest desire is for us to seek an intimate, personal relationship with him; relationship is, after all, what we are designed for.
it is possible to bring light to darkness. hugs are medicinal. bless one another. trust god completely. worship is not just singing and dancing. clean up after yourself. walk by faith alone. hiding from or avoiding things that bother or scare you – no matter who or what the “thing” is – doesn’t do anything for anyone; it takes time, but face it, deal with it, move past it.
we are given authority thru jesus christ. miracles happen. seek clarification. choose “in.” god’s timing is best, his plan is best, and he is truly worth the wait. come to the world as a student. we must love our beloveds boldly and our enemies courageously; not because it’s easy or fun or our first choice but because jesus died for and ascribes unsurpassable worth to each of us.
quiet time is essential. the bible always has a new nugget you can learn from. god delights in us and us in him. flexibility is key. share. god is everlasting; he does not and will not ever change. life is not meant to be lived in fast forward…you enjoy so much more when you slow down. serve and love without expectation. god speaks, loves in and understands all languages.
sometimes god whispers to us and sometimes speaks loudly, sometimes directly to us and sometimes thru others, but he always speaks clearly…we just need to patiently listen.
just imagine how amazing the world will be when we all learn to slow down, share ourselves and our things, lift one another up and encourage each other thru prayer, walk in authority, love outrageously, and faithfully center our lives around jesus.
