There are a few people God places in your life that change your world. I have the privilege of having one such person. My friend Brian is one of those people. Today is his birthday.
Brian is one of those people that lives his life with passion and drive. He loves the Lord with all of his heart and it shows in his actions. Because he is so passionate and driven, he holds the same expectations for those around him. Brian pushes you to live up to your fullest potential. It has made such a difference in my life. He is not afraid to call me out when my actions don’t reflect Christ. He also expects me to do the same for him. He also encourages me and pushes me to look beyond my own understanding and to trust that God knows what he is doing in my life. To have someone invest in your life like that is incredible. Its a blessing. Psalm 27:17 says “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Brian does that for me and I do the same for him. God has used this friendship to teach me about what Christian fellowship and fraternity is all about. He has also used Brian to help me grow as a Christian and to prepare me for this journey I am beginning. So to you Brian, the iron in my life,
