Our time in Greystones is drawing to a close…we leave tomorrow to head to Dublin for the Awakening (a world race conference with all of the teams currently on the field, alumni, and friends) and then we’ll have debrief with our squad. Then it’s on to AFRICA!!! Ok, well more specifically we’re headed to Kenya next =)

Ireland has been a unique experience and a lovely one at that! I love the area that we’re in, it’s such a peaceful town.
In other news, I bought a guitar! I’ve spoken of it before, but God has continued to challenge me to step up to lead worship. To be honest, it scares me… a lot. I’ve lead worship before and I’ve come around to accepting that I can sing and having confidence in that, but leading on guitar is new. Thankfully, one of the guys on the team we’re with this month plays guitar and was awesome enough to run around Dublin in the rain one day to help me find one. It’s been such a blessing to have someone to ask all of my random questions =) so the learning is coming right along…and I still have a week before I’m expected to lead! haha I’ll let you all know how that goes!
