Mama Rita’s

We spent the first two weeks of January in Mozambique. This time around we stayed together as a squad. We lived with a widow named Mama Rita and the orphans she takes care of. It was two very challenging weeks as a squad and personally. God used the two weeks to grow and stretch us all. A lot took place during a very short time. Some things were beautiful, some things were ugly, some moments were amazing, and some were the most stressful moments thus far. In the end we have grown closer as a squad and have begin to pursue the last leg of the race with a much different outlook. Mama Rita’s will forever be a mile marker in our race that challenged us all to move at a different pace. Here are a few pictures that will help you catch a little glimpse of the beauty of Mama Rita’s House.
