Since being on the Race I have seen the Lord work in some awesome ways!
We’ve seen kids in Juvenile Detention accept Jesus in Albania
We’ve heard dreams from rescued women (and made bracelets) in Albania.
We’ve handed out Bibles to Gypsies in Romania.
We’ve pioneered Greece.
We’ve preached in Malawi.
We’ve seen healings in Malawi and Zambia.
We’ve evangelized in Zambia.
We’ve high-fived and hugged orphans in Cambodia.
We’ve befriended a 25-year old mom of 19 in Cambodia.
We’ve painted houses in Thailand.
We’ve shared His love in a secular school in Thailand.
We’ve seen people come together for unity of the Kingdom in Malaysia.
We’ve learned how to find God in everyday life in Malaysia.
And so, SO much more!
We’ve seen God show out in some incredible, miraculous ways since being on this journey. I couldn’t have imagined spending the last 7 months any other way. I’m thankful for all the men and women on my squad who have shown me Jesus in so many different ways. I’ve learned how to rely on the Lord for things that I used to rely on man for. I’ve learned what the true meaning of Family is. I’ve seen how influential I can be when I allow the Lord to take control. I’ve seen so many random acts of love and pure kindness. Most importantly, I’ve heard the Lord’s voice.
I feel like during my time on the Race I’ve had purpose. I’ve been able to see the fruits of being completely in His will. Now, I believe His will for my life is to venture back into the American culture.
The Lord has shown me what my time on the Race was for. He asked me to postpone my education and my marriage for His Kingdom. I did that. Now, I believe the next step for my journey is to go home to the nation of America and tell people about the adventures I’ve had the privilege to be a piece of. It’s my time to show His love to many people who still need to see it.
Thank you to everyone who has donated your time and finances to bettering my Race experience. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to come this far without each of you.
