This week I had my semi-annual dentist appointment. Why is this worth writing about? Here’s why:

God works in some incredible ways. I had never seen or heard of this dentist until a friend recommended me to him. When I got there and it was his turn to look at my pearly whites, he began to ask me about myself. I told him about my involvement in The Race and the most incredible thing happened!

He knew who I was!!!

I was astonished! He had heard about me! ME! He said he had been praying for me and didn’t even know my name. WHAT?! WHY?! HOW?! A dentist of all people (who by the way told me I have a cavity). I could barely believe it.

It meant so much to me that my name and my dream had gotten out to people that I had never been in contact with. It had to be a God thing. There is no other explanation

On my way home I called my mom to tell her all about it. I was giddy and laughing, almost crying, at how awesome my God is. Then when I looked out of my windshield, up into the sky, I saw a little piece of a rainbow. It was like it was placed there just for me to see.

God promised me that I will be going on this race. It will not be easy. It will stretch me in so many ways. I have no other choice but to wholly rely on the Holy One. I can see this more and more everyday through the smallest of things.

Thank you so much for the support that has been given this far. I know God will greatly bless you in return for your giving. Please still continue to support me.
