Jeremiah 20:9 “…His word burns in my heart like a fire…”
Fire, it will destroy anything in its path. A fire can go from a small contained space, to a raging wildfire consuming thousands of acres of land and destroying everything, much like a soul on fire for God. Once one person is on fire for God they can’t contain there fire for him, so it goes from person to person and before you know it, you have a city on fire.As Christians we often forget that it is our job to be the spark, because without the spark there is no fire at all.
I am challenging each of you who reads this to be the spark in your city this month. Tell a stranger or your neighbor that Jesus loves them. Those 3 words could change someones life. Accept the challenge, be the spark… Let God set your soul on fire.
