Alas, we have arrived to the question, what’s next?
Once getting off the World Race, you will soon familiarize yourself with this question, as everyone and their mom will be asking you.
What’s next with your life? Are you staying in the States for a while? When is your next travel?
Though I usually have very little insight to what’s next in my own life, I thankfully can respond with confidence now that I am home.
What’s next?
Well, I thought you would never ask.
CGA.
Yes, you read correctly. The Center for Global Action – more precisely known as CGA.
CGA is a program, branched from Adventures In Missions (the same organization that houses the World Race). It’s less than 2 years young and is based out of Gainesville, GA, where the AIM office is located.
After the World Race, many return to their homes, live with their parents (since they sold their house and car to help fund their World Race), and work a part-time job, simply thinking of the dreams and hopes they envisioned while serving the children in Guatemala, the churches in Romania, and the broken in Uganda.

Serving the children in Guatemala…

…the churches in Romania…

…and the broken in Uganda.
These alumni Racers were waiting for more of an opportunity to make a change in the world, yet couldn’t seem to find direction or make a decision.
Thus, CGA was born.
CGA creates an environment of community, discipleship, and a place to continue growing… all within the United States.
(All the mothers can take a deep breath now)
For eight months, starting in September of this year, I will be apprenticing for half the day in the AIM office, then spending the other half of the day taking classes that are designed to help me understand my life and calling.
So, it’ll be a 9-5 schedule, five days a week. Kind of like a job, BUT BETTER.
Better than soil sifting in Guatemala? Maybe.
There are different track options for the classes I will be taking. I chose to take the worship track.
At times over the Race, different pastors told me that I have an anointing of worship; that I have the ability to bring inner healing to people during worshiping God.
I believe that CGA will help me explore and grow in what that means and will teach me how to create an environment of worship within a community.

Me, playing the violin before two people of Draganesti-Olt, Romania, got baptized.
So after the question What’s next?
And my confident answer of CGA!
I then am prompted to add, want to help me get there??
Since I am doing an 8 month program, I will need to raise $3,600 total. This total will support me with $450 per month.
$200 will go back to me each month, providing me with food, gas, and other necessities.
$250 will go toward my boarding – I’ll be in a house in Gainesville with other CGA apprentices.
With $1,294 already raised, I only have $2,306 remaining! Please, prayerfully consider supporting me to be part of CGA for these eight months.
To donate online, simply click the Support Me! option on the left side of my blog, under my picture, and then follow the steps.
To donate by giving a tax-deductible check, please make your check payable to Adventures in Missions. Make sure to put my full name and CGA on the memo like (i.e: Haley Jandrlich – CGA). Also, click here to print the form with which should be sent with your check.
YOU’LL WANT TO READ THIS:: If you donate a minimum of $500, I will crochet you a blanket with your selection of colors!
Hand made blankets… it doesn’t get any better than that!

Yea!
