I went to YWAM Orlando (Youth With A Mission) in 2009. I went there in search of God and definitely experienced him. I traveled to South Africa with and while in South Africa I witnessed my first eye opening experience of what a missionary truly was. I built a house with my team for an organization called Ten Thousand Homes. Ten Thousand Homes mission is building ten thousand homes for ten thousand orphans. My experience in South Africa was when I knew God called me to full time missions. I worked with orphans, did door to door ministry, worked with stage 2 and 3 AIDS victims, and built a house. My experience in South Africa I will never forget, I am truly grateful for such an awesome opportunity. 

In 2010, I took a year off and moved to Richmond, VA. During that year, I did a ton of babysitting, got involved in a church, and it worked on getting my GED. I traveled to Haiti with my VA family for a vacation/missions trip. While in Haiti, I worked with an organization called Thirst No More. We did hut to hut ministry, worked with orphans, and talked to people about God. It  was in the middle to end of 2010, where I asked God, "what should I do now?" He answered by calling me to go to Teen Manias Honor Academy. I applied in Oct. and to my surprise was accepted. I didnt have a clue what I was going to do for the next year of my life, but I was excited. 

I got to Teen Mania Jan. 7th, 2011. I was excited, nervous, and ready to be taught. My year at Teen Mania I began to grow a deeper love for the Lord, built amazing friendships, and learned so much about who I was as a daughter of God. I was ministering to pastors calling them about Acquire the Fire. I reached this generation, one phone call at a time. It was tough at times, but God kept leading me through it.  I also went on a missions trip to Baja, Mexico. I did door to door ministry, built a house for a family, and did vacation bible school.

In 2012 I started my second year at Teen Mania doing the January Ministry Team. I tought I would be traveling the USA telling young teenagers through Acquire the Fire about God, I was totally wrong. God being God had different plans. After 2 months of being with the ministry team, God called me home. I wasnt called home just because, I was called home to finish high school. I obeyed, and in May I graduated Agape Christian School for Girls with my high school diploma. 

I took the summer and helped out at Lake Geneva Youth Camp working in the kitchen and on recreational staff. I had no clue that the Lord would call me, Hailey Burger to the World Race. 

Here are some random facts about me. I am passionate about orphans. I love to bake. I have been to 3 different countries. I like to paint. I like to journal. I was born at 23 weeks. I love pasta. I like to sing. I like to dance, even tho Im not that great. I like listening to music. I am so excited to go on the World Race.
