I was leaving Nepal on november 30th on my way to Cambodia with two layovers, one in Kunming, China and the other one in Bangkok, Thailand.

When I got to china around 9 pm in their local time the airport was getting close, all the flight were suspended because of the bad cold weather, It was the biggest chaos that I’ve ever seen in an Airport. Thousands of people angry and frustrated people, trying to rebook their flights. So I had to wait till the next morning to get in the plane to Thailand. I had to sleep in the floor of a restaurant, I only slept for an hour at least it was warm…

The next morning at 7 I left China, and After 4 hours I landed in Thailand to catch my next flight to Cambodia.

But is was there when the real trouble started, the airline there in Thai wanted to see a lot of stuff like Visas for the countries after Cambodia and Plane Tickets of my way out of Cambodia and also my return ticket of my return home, El Salvador.

So I explain to them about the mission trip a and the 11 countries and the organization there I was part of. They ask me to talk with a immigration officer of Cambodia, that was not possible for me or for the people in the states.

My squad mentor talked on the phone with the airline supervisor to explain about the world race, he sent letters, nothing worked. So he told me that they ran out of options of places to send me and that the only solution was going back to the US.

So they had to book me a flight to the states, it was already like 10 pm and the flight supposed to leave at around 1:30 in the morning and the new airline was also asking for a return ticket to my home country in order to let me get in in the plane to the states, so they also had to book me a flight for that too. But the time that we got the returning ticket to El Salvador they told me that is was to late and that I need to wait until the next day at 8:00 pm to try to get in a different flight. So I stayed the night in the airport of Thailand, I didn’t sleep at all that night.

So I stay there and waited… At 8 pm they didn’t wanted to accepted me in the plane because the whole situation was to complicated and suspicious, so the travel agency that handle our flight had to get in touch with the airline and they finally let me get in the planes to the states.

At the end It took us 37 hours to get me out of the airport of Thailand.

Right now in in Los Angeles California, staying with a very good old friend and his family

Im not sure if The World Race is over for me. Im praying for peace on that, whaterver is next is gonna come from the Lord.

So pray for me please, ?? I’ve been trying to stay strong knowing that God Loves me and He is in Control.
