So it’s been a few days but it’s
the first time that I have really got a good chance to post some blogs so here
I go, the first of a few. On Sunday October 3rd the rest of S squad
arrived at Antigua Guatemala. Upon
getting them settled into their new temporary homes for Launch we met at the
downtown square to go over some logistics and one of the first announcements
was that some of the teams were getting rearranged due to some team changes
already…mine was one of those teams. I
had lost about 3 people from my team (Eduwth) and received 3 new members. I am still the only male on my team but am so
blessed with such an amazing group of God-fearing Women who will fight tooth
and nail for the Kingdom of God. Upon a
few days of getting to know each other a bit more, we decided that we needed to
change our team name since it was a combination of 2 teams. The marvelous name that the girls came up
with while I was at a meeting was BRADY…like the brady bunch…. I love it. It stands for Bringing Reconciliation and
Deliverance…Ya’ll!! (So half the team is
made up of Texans, no big deal for this northerner, I just spent the last year
in south Carolina, I can do the southern slang)
