My best friend and I joke around about how bad we are at telling others about ourselves. It’s as if I forget the last eighteen years of my life when someone asks about me. And yet here you are reading my “About Me” section… And here I am having no idea what to write.

So the basics.

I’m Grace and I’ve lived in Columbus, Ohio my whole life. I have a love-hate relationship with this city. I’m the middle child of three girls. I also have a love-hate relationship them, mostly love now that were older and don’t fight over babies anymore. I can’t imagine not having my sisters in my life. I have two amazing parents, who I love more than words. I also have a brother-in-law and a beautiful niece, Ella. She’s two, she’s sassy, and she’s cooler than me.

I’ve grown up in the Vineyard Church of Columbus, and it’s had huge impact on my life. I love it and wish I could take everyone to just one service. I’ve gone to church camps and youth conferences and been able to experience God in incredibly real ways. I have this immense love for everyone I met and connected with through Vineyard. This church has helped make my faith what it is today.

I’ll be graduating high school from DeSales this coming May. I’ve played soccer all throughout high school, and it has easily provided some of my favorite memories. I wouldn’t trade the girls I’ve played with or the things we’ve accomplished for the world. Club soccer has been an equally important part of my life, as well. I owe a lot to those girls and coaches. Soccer actually just rocks.

I have some of the best friends, who sometimes happen to double as comedians. I don’t know what I would do without my people.

I currently work at Jeni’s, which serves the best ice cream you’ll ever taste. That’s not an exaggeration. I actually got a job to pay for my concert obsession. I’m a concert junkie. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad concert. Country concerts in the summer are comparable to nothing.

Other favorites: chai tea, the beach, laughing, Gossip Girl, crew necks, America, hummus, and most importantly, Jesus.
