It’s Time for Africa

Month 5 is about to end and month 6 is about to begin. We only have only hours left in Romania. Right now I’m packing my bag and thankfully
it gets lighter each month. I can’t
believe it is almost the half way point. 5 months ago, in the Ecuadorian jungle, I couldn’t wait for this year to
be over and now I don’t want it to end. But thankfully there are still 6 more incredible months ahead.

Packing time, again

Tomorrow begins another continent switch and this time we
are heading to Africa!! I can’t
wait! Tomorrow morning at 6:30 am (about
7 hours from now) we head to the airport in Bucharest and from there fly to Doha, Qatar, in the Middle East. We will spend the night in Qatar Monday
night. Tuesday morning we board another
flight from Qatar to Johannesburg, South
Africa
. Once we reach Johannesburg, W
squad will spread out across the country and my team will take a night bus to Durban, arriving in Durban early
Wednesday morning.

Our time in Durban will be pretty incredible. While in Durban this month we will be working
at a Christian camp for mentally disabled adults and teenagers, called Higher Ground. Another week will be spent working at Horizon
Farms
. Horizon Farm is basically a
commune for mentally disabled adults and troubled youth. There they teach sustainability as well as
offer a place for them to live and work. We are beyond blessed this month. Our contact in Durban is giving us a week off for Christmas to celebrate
it together as a team and just enjoy everything Durban has to offer that
week. It’s going to be a pretty awesome
month- camp, farming, the outdoors, Africa, and adventure!

Please be in prayer for us as we will be traveling the next
few days.
