That’s what the kids would chant each time we took a picture.

It’s that time again! The Swazi photo blog starts now.

This shack on a mountaintop was where the girls on our team slept this past month. There were other buildings right beside it that held a kitchen and dining room, and bedrooms where the rest of our teammates slept.

Sister Julie taught us how to harvest maize.

We played with the toddlers at the baby house during the day

and helped the older kids with homework after they got home from school in the afternoons.

In the evenings, we got to lead chapel time with the older kids.

We also helped to paint the walls of the new baby house where Allison headed up this awesome mural-painting.

Other things that happened this month included:

Celebrating Rachael Allen’s birthday (with the standard toilet paper streamers)

and getting my hair buzzed. (I was inspired after seeing how great Tabi looked with her newly buzzed hair.)

This month, we were blown away by the incredible mountain views,

beautiful sunsets,

and times of prayer and worship on the rock.
