Since saying yes to The World Race, God has been so faithful. There have been many different thoughts and emotions. My thought process has been a little overwhelming at times. What all will I do while I am gone? How will a God change me? What will life be like with people who were complete strangers until roughly two weeks ago? Who will be my best friend? How often will I get to talk to my mom? I hope I don’t get homesick. I hope I don’t leave and realize I forget something that I have to have. What will this whole journey look like? What if I misunderstood what God is telling me? But the ultimate thought was “HOW IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO RAISE OVER $16,000?” Because of these thoughts and questions, I realized exactly why God gave me my phrase. i am called to Live Fearlessly because I have God and I will never have to do these things on my own.
Almost ONE months go, I said yes. I have chosen to step out in faith. I have chosen to put the “American Dream” on hold and use 11 months of my life to go head on after God’s Will for my life and watch where He leads me. Since saying yes, God has began revealingly to me exactly how He is going to financially provide for this journey He has set out for me. God has provided $1,860 so far for the amount of money that has already processed into my account. Not including some pretty big things God has in the works right now! I have planned different fundraisers that will take place and personal financial goals that I am striving to meet monthly! He has also placed such amazing people in my life to speak encouraging words and walk along side me during this season of preparation.
