Our alarms went off around 6:30 a.m. this morning. I brushed my teeth, threw my hair back in a ponytail, pulled on sweats, and downed some coffee.  The good thing about radio is it doesn't matter what you look like!

We found out last night around 8:00 p.m. that The Dry Bones would be LIVE on Christian radio this morning in Timisoara, Romania to talk about our World Race experiences and why we are on an 11 month mission trip around the world.  Personally, I was super excited, equating this as one step closer to being on air with Ryan Seacrest. And of course because of the opportunity to share our testimonies of what God does wherever he takes us!

The radio station DJ welcomed us and met with us briefly to go over how the hour would run.  With seven team members, and seven nations visited, we decided each of us would speak about one country.  I loved hearing my teammates recount stories, challenges, and victories of our time throughout the Race.  I shared about our month in Swaziland.

It's exciting to know that we were able to share our calling and stories with the listeneners, and hopefully encourage others to get involved in missions and pursue a life of loving God and serving others.

And how could we be on the radio without singing??
We ended our session with "How Great is Our God".
If you ask me, He's pretty great.
