Hello world!  I'm SO PUMPED about what's going to begin in January….an adventure in God's Kingdom, can't really beat that!

Soooo….for those of you who have yet to meet me, but will be spending almost a year of your life with me…here's a little preview for ya:

**I'm generally a crazy deep sleeper, so without my multiple strategically-placed alarm clocks, one of you may have the lucky responsibility of waking me up…good luck with that 🙂
**I love to play games, but occasionally cheat.  However, I don't feel guilty about it because I will always warn you before a game if I plan on cheating, so you'll be forwarned and my conscience will be clean.
**I have a child-like love for Christmas lights and fireworks.
**Once I realized I will be going 11 months without Dr.Pepper a little piece of my heart died.
**I respond to plenty of nicknames…Erwin, Brewber, Brew, Brewdawg, Booboo, Brewsky, Brewser, in Kenya–Herin, Irene, Helen…it goes on and on.  Basically say anything remotely close to my first or last name and I look up.

I guess that didn't really explain that much about me…so since you people know nothing about me, here's a few basics:  (can you tell this is my first-ever blogging attempt?)

I am 25 years old, born and raised in good ole Oklahoma!  Many people think/say Oklahoma is boring…but they're wrong, you'd be lucky to live here!

I have an amazing family of one older brother and mom and dad, I will miss them all like cra-zy!   I couldn't ask for a better family.  (Yup, those are my parents scuba-diving, they're awesome like that—ignore the awkward guy in the background.)

I have been going to Frontline Church in downtown OKC for about the past 5 years (I think).  Jesus has taught me and grown me so much through that church, I looooove it.  I could go on about it's awesomeness all day.  Here's some of my closest friends I met there (we aren't always quite this frumpy, this was post-camping trip)

I am an RN at the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center.  I love my job and my wonderful co-workers.   We know how to have fun while working hard!  (If you were wondering, yes, I wore both the sombrero and mustache into a patient's room)

Hmmmm….I'll stop now, don't want to overload you from the get-go!

Except for this….

to those I'm about to go on this adventure with— I cannot wait to meet you and get this party started!  I know lots of it will be amazing and some of it will be hard and frustrating.  But I know God is going to do big things and I can't wait to live in His Kingdom with you guys, even when we're annoying each other 🙂

to those who are supporting me and all the amazing people in my life….I will miss you SO MUCH!  I know that while I am on missions overseas, many of you will be continuing your mission in Oklahoma City.  So you better keep the emails coming of what God's doing here while I'm out.  I love that the same God will be working through all of us, no matter where we are!
