I am having a dilemma.
Which Bible will I take with me on this missions trip?
I have my usual, everyday bible. It is awesome. It is a journaling bible so it has a ton of space in the margins for me to write study notes or prayers in. I love it! Also, it is ESV, pink, and really cute.
But what about my study bible? When I am living in a tent in some village in Cambodia, what will I do if I have a burning theological question? What if no one on the team knows the answer?! With little to no internet access, it might be weeks before I can find the information. This makes me think that I should definitely take my enormous bible.
But therein lies the problem. It is enormous. And heavy. And awesome. But mostly heavy.
So I’m just not sure about what I should do. I welcome feedback and suggestions!
