As of today I have raised a total of $9,270 to support my mission trip with the World Race! God has blessed me beyond belief with a wonderful group of Supporters, Donors, Friends, and Family! I watch my account grow and I am humbled and grateful every day. Each one of you has played an instrumental part in getting me to this point. I know I will also need your prayers during my year away as well!
The cost of my trip has changed from $15,500 to $16,285 due to additional fees so I still need $7,015. I’m almost there! If you feel moved by God to help send me out, you can support me financially. I am selling cupcakes in jars to raise money. There are 5 flavors you can choose from; Vanilla w/ Vanilla Frosting, Chocolate w/ Chocolate Frosting, Red Velvet w/ Cream Cheese Frosting, Cherry Coke Float, and Lemon Meringue. I am selling the jars at $2 each. Another way I am raising money is selling Threads of Hope bracelets. These handmade bracelets are crafted by men, women, and children living in impoverished areas of the Philippines. Your donations will also support the individuals that have crafted these pieces so that they can provide for and protect their families. You can purchase 1 thin bracelet for $2 or 3 thin bracelets for $5. There are also flat bracelets you can purchase for $4 each or 3 flat bracelets for $10. I am also selling handmade gloves. These one-of-a-kind gloves are made from wool sweaters and lined with fleece for extra warmth. They can be made in three sizes: small, medium, and large.
