First off I want to say thank you and praise your name God. I got news that on Wednesday the 16th my step mother Fran went to go be with our Lord. I have just got this news and would ask for your prayers for my family. Fran has been a huge part of my walk with the Lord. I wouldn’t have known about about the World Race if it weren’t for her. As I wish I could just see her one more time or talk to her just once more, I know I will someday on the other side of glory. PRAISE GOD!!!! I love her very much as I wouldn’t be the man I am today without her.
All I can really say is “Thank you God” and “Praise God”. Honestly this is a time for celebration as she is now with our Lord and won’t ever feel pain again. I miss her. I know my family does to. Please be praying for my dad Ed, my sisters Emma and Eden, and brothers Elliott and E.J. I got a chance to talk with my dad about a week a ago and pray with him. But one of the things she had said to him and he has told me is that I need to stay on the Race and not to come home, no matter what. Fran has been such a huge inspiration in my life.
She used to talk to me and give a dose or a “slap of reality” from time to time when I needed it. I sais this in an earlier blog but it is from Romans that the Spirit intercedes for us with moans that words cannot express. We asked for healing and for God’s will to be done. Well,He has answered that prayer. While I am over come with joy that she is with the Lord my heart is grieving. It is and odd mix of emotions. All I can say now with tears in my eyes as I write is….
