We arrived in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia
on Monday evening, got on a bus and still didn’t have any idea what our
ministry would be for the month. After
~2 hours of hopping from bus to bus we arrived at a restaurant called “The
Canteen” where we met our contact for the month Pastor Peter. He fed us some incredible food and we learned
where we would be and what we were doing for the month.
For the first week in Malaysia
it will be pretty relaxed as we are staying in a local church, KL International Church.
We will be spending lots of time in prayer, doing some evangelism on the
streets, and helping with the Easter Sunday church service.
Then on Monday, April 5th we will be heading to
the JUNGLE!!! My team (12:18) is very
excited for this opportunity; however, this was not my top choice when looking
at potential ministry options for this month.
Embracing change, right? However,
I know that God is going to do something BIG and I am glad that He has chosen
me to be a part of it and I am claiming Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I
have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to PROSPER you and NOT to harm
you”.
Statistics on the Jungle:
Location = 2-3 hours

the local people

Ephesians 2:10
“For we are God’s
handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in
advance for us to do.
