THANK YOU: I have exciting news! Not only did I meet my financial deadline that was required to leave on the Race, I am HALFWAY to my final goal! I am so thankful to each of you who have donated and prayed. I truly could not do this without you. Thank you, thank you, thank you for partnering with me on this journey!
UPDATE: My squad (there are 50 of us; P Squad!) and I will be leaving for our first stop, SOUTH AFRICA (so excited!), from Washington DC. The plan is to drive up to DC from Va Beach on January 7th (one month from today!) to meet up with the group. We will go through a few days of additional training and then fly from DC to South Africa to begin this adventure.
REQUEST: I want to ask you to pray about being a monthly financial partner. Right now I am at $7,665 (amazing!). So if 50 people committed to giving $50 a month for 3 months, I would be fully funded by March (this is just an example; any amount would be great).
