Well guys, after 8 Months of preparing……I'm finally on this thing.
I'm sitting in the lobby of my hotel, in our Nations Capitol, trying to soak in what is really about to happen…..
Me.
Leaving the comfort of home behind.
Leaving my loved ones.
Leaving the life I have become so accustomed too.
For 11 months.
But also,
Leaving my expectations.
Leaving my dead dreams.
Leaving my past of brokenness and hurt.
Leaving behind a life He has not planned for me.
But not for 11 months. For the remainder of my life.
I AM READY TO RUN.
On a logistics note: We found out today we are leaving out of D.C., Friday morning to Honduras! And our whole squad will be together for the duration of that month.
Also, more exciting news, and just a reminder of how things can change in an instant, we now have two new team members miss Emma http://emmamisco.theworldrace.org/ and Chelsea http://chelseagottman.theworldrace.org/ I am so glad to see these two ladies join our team, and ready to see the gifts they have to bring to the table.
