Food

-Overall not too bad. Be prepared for a lot of breads. You may want to bring some snacks
because sometimes the portions are small (especially if you are a guy or just have a big
appetite). Make sure to bring a water bottle and drink PLENTY of water. I was dehydrated the
first night and threw up because of it, I don’t recommend this.

Living Conditions
-Tents and if you are lucky, cabins (some even heated :)). Sleeping in tents, honestly
not too bad after a few nights of getting used to it. Be prepared for cold nights so BRING
LAYERSSSS!!!

Relationships
-You will discover a VARIETY of different personalities. Some the same as yours, some crazies,
some awesomes, some you can’t even describe.

Sessions
-Expect to be broken. Expect to be stretched. Expect God to show up and rock your world.

Group Activities
-Expect lots, that’s all I can say. Not much free time, but of course that’s how the
11 months of the race is going to be.

Packing
-Discover your gear. Find all the different ways you can pack as much as possible (or as little
if you prefer) in or on your bag(s). Zip-lock bags are handy in stuffing clothes into to make
more room in your bags. Get the larger freezer bags of course.

Overall
-Wonderful experience.Very very overwhelming, in a good way.

Pumped for the actual race and can’t wait to bring His kingdom to the nations!!
