I have enjoyed being on a team with guys this year. Guys are awesome. They bring a different perspective to things and they make life more interesting. For most of my life, I haven’t had many guy friends but man I was missing out. Guys are funny, don’t like drama, and keep us safe. We have been traveling around for 10 months now and I can say, I’ve never felt scared. Having a guy stand next to me on the bus while a drunk guy tries to talk to me, or walk behind us when I drunk man tries to follow us home, are just few perks of being on a guy/girl team. Guys are pretty easy going and I have greatly enjoyed getting to know the nine guys on my squad this year.
