So we've left our home in Nepal. It was sad to go – we made so many close connections and friends during our time there. The church family there was like our family! Brother and Sister were very sad – they wanted us to stay. But we need to continue our trip.
We headed back to Asha Nepal, the place that sent us out to Newalparasi and Holy Life Church. We got to spend a few days resting, hanging out with the kids and being tourists in Kathmandu. I got to go on a flight to see Everest!! It was so beautiful, and really reminded me of two things – 1. I am so lucky and 2. God is an artist. This world we live in is gorgeous!!
Now I'm in Thamel, the tourist section of Kathmandu. we've met up with the rest of our squad and a bus is picking us up at 4 a.m. tomorrow to take us to the airport for our flight to AFRICA!!! We will spend a week in Nairobi as a squad before heading out to our ministry sites. I'm so excited to start our work in Africa.
