Here’s a little bit about me in list formbecause I love lists!

Some people call me Em. I’m 21 years young.

I was raised in Hendersonville, TN just down the road from Nashville, the country music capital.

I’m not a fan of country music-I know right?

I love being outdoors hammocking (is that a word yet?), hiking, climbing (even though I’m terrible at it), etc.

I enjoy being around kids of all ages!

Spontaneity is crucial to my life. And coffeeOr any other form of caffeine really.

Watching a sunrise is one of the best things in the world! There’s nothing like spending a sunrise with God.

I have a beautiful mother, father, and an older brother, whom I love dearly. They have always supported me in my passions and they mean so much to me. My parents and my brother have taught me so many things and I’m thankful for them everyday.

God has surrounded me with incredible friends who stay with me on the highest of mountaintops, and even when I fall into the deepest valleys.

I am a sister of Delta Omicron Theta-a service based sorority. I am blessed that I have been surrounded by such beautiful and inspiration young women throughout college.

I will be graduating from Lees-McRae College this May! I will have a degree in psychology and a minor in outdoor adventure studies. Exciting right?!

I still have no idea what I want to be when I grow up… But, I’m trusting in God to show me what next steps to take!

I love to just love people. It’s that simple.

I love photography so expect many pictures on my blog!

I am so excited and blessed to have this opportunity to go on the World Race to love people where they are and to further God’s Kingdom!!

But the most important thing about me is that I am a daughter of the Almighty! And Jesus is my Savior. I try my best every day to glorify God and to love like Jesus did.

I am so excited for you to join in on this journey with me and I would love to get to know you too, if I don’t already. I would also love to hear about your journey, so don’t be shy!
