"Every morning he wakes me. He teaches me to listen like a student. The Lord God helps me learn."

                                                               Isaiah 50:4-5

As some of you may know, I will be student teaching this semester in a kindergarten classroom. I have been placed at a great school and I work with so many amazing people! My teacher has already been such an inspiration to me and has made me feel so welcomed, I am so blessed. I am so excited for this  semester but it is going to be VERY busy. I want to enjoy every second of it, because I know it will fly by. I cannot believe I am already student teaching. It feels like yesterday my mom was moving me into my apartment and getting me ready for my freshmen year of college. It makes me sad/scared/nervous knowing that this chapter of my life is coming to an end BUT I could not be any more excited for what the future has in store for me!

Now that my college years are coming to an end I have some big decisions to make. I have thought a lot about my future and where I will be in the next few years. I am so excited to become a teacher and be a positive role model in children’s lives, but lately I have felt a constant tugging at my heart to see what else is out there.

The following quote has really helped me through this time in my life. “If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose.” My passion is to help others, teach others, learn from others, and ultimately to love others. After a lot of thinking and praying about my purpose and God’s plans for me after graduation, I am excited to say that I have been given the opportunity to fulfill these passions and live out my purpose.

After I graduate in December, I will serve as a missionary  and my team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children who are trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restoration and hope of God’s love to many tribes and nations. God has blessed me with so much and given me a heart for helping others and a passion for teaching others. I may not be teaching in a classroom in the next year, but I will be teaching all over the world in God’s great kingdom.

I am so grateful for this opportunity that God has given me, and I have every confidence that He will provide for my needs! I will be selling t-shirts (online) to help fund for my mission trip!

The t-shirts are $20.00! I would  LOVE your support  🙂

I am so excited to see how God will move in my life and in the lives of others in the coming year. I hope not only to be a blessing to those I serve, but also to you. I would be honored to go as your representative to bring Christ Jesus to nations around the world. I want to thank you in advance for your prayers and financial support. May God bless you as you prayerfully consider partnering with me in this ministry!

Love <3
