Zdravo! Buna! Zdraveite! Përshëndetje! Shani! Dumela! Hallo! Assalamualaikum! Swasdi ka! Chomreabsuor! Chào ban!
All mean “Hello!” in the 11 countries that we have had the honor to experience on the World Race!
Serbia. Romania. Bulgaria. Kosova. Zambia. Botswana. Namibia. Malaysia. Thailand. Cambodia. Vietnam.
These are just a few of the “Hello!”s of the over 7,000 languages out there in the world.
And guess what?! Hallelujah! needs NO translation.
hal·le·lu·jah ?ha-l?-‘lü-y?
definition: a shout or song of praise or thanksgiving [esp. to God]
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallejulah!
It is the universal word for praise.
Praise the Lord for He is good and knows all languages!
I CANNOT wait until the day we (all Nations, tribes, people, and languages) get to worship Our Lord & Savior together in our very OWN tongue and understand each other WITHOUT translation.
Wowee! What a beautiful picture of us praising the Lord Almighty all day & all night! PRAISE HIM!
And…what an honor, it has been to be able to experience just a glimpse (such a beautiful glimpse) of the Nations serving the One & Only TRUE KING through the World Race.
Here’s to what the Lord has set before us in this next chapter…
Zdravo! Pa! Chao! Mirupafshim! ‘Alu a! Go siame rra/mma! Totsiens! Selamat tinggal! Swasdi ka! Leahaey! T?m bi?t!
