The Lord continues to bring up that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. It is so evident here that the Lord wants us to ask for more workers…harvesters to be raised up in Serbia and around the world.

Please pray for missionaries to come to Serbia to share the Good News of Jesus to these unreached people.

Check out my last blog about the Harvest: (http://emilydashner.theworldrace.org/post/the-harvest

One of my teammates shared a field with me that reminded her of the harvest, yet another visual representation of it. There space was made for God to move.

…There I danced with God. I felt like His daughter. His precious daughter. His little daughter. His.

There was no one in sight as my teammate left me to it.

As I look out into this land I see God in it. I see the brokenness and dryness of people not knowing God’s Truth.

As I stare at the dry, cracked dirt ground, I am overwhelmed with sadness for this “forgotten” land called Serbia. Serbia is not in the headlines. It is not usually one of the most wanted places to go on vacation. Serbia is not a place people think of when they think of the mission field. Some may call it “forgotten.”

Being forgotten resonates with me, as I have past feelings of feeling like the forgotten one.

Dear Serbia, you were NEVER forgotten.

God has NEVER forgotten you.

As I am looking at the vastness of this dry land, God reminds me of the song, “All My Fountains” by Chris Tomlin ( https://youtu.be/1kldX_0HgsA ).

“This dry and desert land
I tell myself, ‘Keep walking on’
Hear something up ahead
Water falling like a song
An everlasting stream
Your river carries me home
Let it flow, let if flow”

God has a plan.

All I/we need to do is follow His will – His way!

God gives hope.

I will always remember Serbia for…

the people

the joy

the love

the coffee

the freedom

the hospitality

the bread

the peace

and more.

I will be reminded of the hope that was brought to families, families that have been through a lot, that came to Kamp Nade (Camp Hope) in these weeks that we were here. It brings a smile to my face when I remember the campers here and the joy that was in their beings.

I will remember the staff at HUB (pronounced HOOB) that we were honored to serve alongside. I will remember their joy, goofiness, servant hearts, openness, love, gratitude, and more. I will always love them. They have a special place in my heart.

Below is a picture of most of us with the bride & groom (whom we (team Hinematov) do not actually know) haha :).

There is much I could share with you about what God is teaching me about the Harvest, so if you would like to chat about it or would like to know more, please feel free to connect with me. Also, if you would like to talk about anything, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Come Living Water
All my fountains are in You
You’re strong like a river
Your love is running through
All my fountains are in You”
