Unlike other World Race teams before us, Y-Squad has had many firsts: We were the first squad to have our Launch Week within the United States (Washington D.C.); we were the first squad to begin our journey in Africa (most begin in Asia, South America, or Eastern Europe); we are also one of the few squads composed entirely of singles (previous and present squads on the field often have at least one married couple).
We also want to be the first squad ever to complete the entire World Race together.
However, that is only possible with YOU.
On February 1st, all 44 of our squadmates must be fully funded with $14,800. By God’s grace, many of us are fully funded. However, those who do not have their funds completely raised by February 1st will be sent home.
We firmly believe that God has called each and every person on our squad to serve the nations and know that He will equip us with every good thing we need (Hebrews 13:21). We also believe that God has the universe at His fingertips, and that no economic downturn or stock market crash could ever affect the unlimited resources He holds. And, we believe that God uses people to bring His kingdom on earth, and to be a part of the work He is doing here.

While several other squadmates are still not quite fully funded, the following individuals are currently at the greatest risk of going home. Please notice that three of them are my teammates (Tom, Stephen, and Joshua), and one (Kayla) is a former teammate. I know God has so much more in store for each of them on the World Race. We are all standing in faith that God will provide all of the finances they need in the next two weeks. Will YOU be a part of keeping them on the World Race field?
