I am sitting here in an internet café in St. Lucia, South Africa. We came over for the weekend because we needed to exit Swaziland to renew our visas. I am wondering what to write, but it doesn’t feel like much has happened in the last week that you don’t know. We are still staying in Nsoko and working with the varying carepoints. We nicknamed each of the four carepoints because we are unable to say their real names in SiSwati. We named them Field of Dreams, School House, Opportunity House, and Garden Center. We have worked the most with Schoolhouse, thus far. We returned there again on Monday and Tuesday to help with the little ones. It worked out perfectly as the main teacher just had a small surgery so we were able to take over and she could relax in the back. We were able to provide food for both the Schoolhouse and Garden Center locations who were out of food. We made many more connections and will be starting youth programs at the Field of Dreams and Schoolhouse next week. We measured for fences around each location and the men have begun to install the fences. The fences will keep the children from running in the road and from people coming to steal the water. We received some donated land to begin starting a new building for the Field of Dreams carepoint. We have been working with some local businessman to work on regular food delivery and so much more. They have been an incredible blessing! So, I guess I had more to write about then I thought, but more than everything I hope that some of these precious faces touch your heart, as they have ours! Thanks for your prayers!
