I see myself in this beautiful wedding dress walking up several steps.  As I reach the top of the steps, I enter into a church.  The pews are empty, and the only person present is a man standing in a tuxedo, Jesus.  He looks at me like a groom looks as his bride for the first time.  He looks at me like a daddy looks at his daughter.  He looks at me like a God looks at his creation.  He grabs me by the hand and continues walking me down the isle.
– This was the vision the Lord gave me at Training Camp

I entered Training Camp desperately wanting intimacy with the Lord and seeking the deeper things of God.  God gave me the most beautiful vision of love and intimacy.  He looked at me like a God looks at his beautiful creation. He looked at me like a daddy looks at his daughter.  He looked at me like a groom looks at his bride.  In that moment, the Lord spoke straight to my heart saying " Emilee, I am enough for you.  I am ALL YOU NEED.  I can be your Lord, your Daddy, and your husband.  I AM ENOUGH! "  For so long I've searched for someone to make me feel complete, someone to make me feel worthy.  All of that was a lie from the enemy.  The Lord said, " You are my bride and I am your groom.  I am all you need. Stop searching for more!"

The Lord wants you to know that he is enough for you, too!! He will fill every gap, every hole,  satisfy every desire, meet your every need!

My prayer leaving Training Camp was that this feeling, this love, this intimacy wouldn't stop at training camp. Lord show me that you are the same God that was at Training Camp!!

Guess what?! God is the SAME GOD at home that he was at TC!  For most of my life, I felt like God was so far out of my reach.  (Way to far for intimacy.)  I had heard people talk about intimacy with the Father.  Now, I had experienced it.   I can constantly feel his presence and love surrounding me like never before.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 says "Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple."  The Lord spoke so strongly through these verses saying "You aren't just a body walking around.  You hold MY SPIRIT within you.  You are my temple.  You are sacred to me."  As I meditated on these verses, I asked…well, I begged the Lord for a word from him.  As I listened, the Father whispered into my ear, "You are LOVELY."  Wait. Did Jesus Christ, the creator of the universe, just call me lovely?  Indeed he did.  I just heard the words that every girl wants to hear her daddy say. " You are lovely."  But here's the challenge, now you have to believe that you are lovely.  You have to love yourself before you can love others the way you are meant to love them.

This is my challenge to you: Seek intimacy with the Father.  He wants to be EVERYTHING to you.  No matter who you are or what you've done, YOU are LOVELY in HIS SIGHT!!! Trust that.  Believe that.
Be encouraged!!
