Ok, here’s the last one. This is the only
one I wrote here in the Ukraine. I was chosen to speak to the home Sunday
gathering. Each time it is my turn to speak I always wonder what it is going to
be about. Do I pick an already written sermon and use that? What about my
journal, I could look through my past few days of devotionals and see if there
is anything good in there. I tried that and saw that I had just finished Jonah
and was started Amos, which left poor little one chapter Obadiah ignored in the
middle. I figured I would read that chapter and see if anything stuck out at
me. I didn’t get past the first verse before I saw what I was going to speak
on. There were four key words that jumped out at me and I felt that was it, my
words to share.
It’s short and straight to the point. This
isn’t Africa so I only had about 10-15 minutes instead of the usual 45. I hope
you enjoy and please feel free to leave any thoughts or questions about any of
these past blogs. I wanted to share my heart with you and more of the things
that the Lord has been laying on my heart to share with others.
