I know people do the typical shirt fundraising and it’s just one of those cookie-cutter ways of bringing in funds. But when I really sat down and looked at my final design* I realized that it’s more than just another fundraiser. It’s a way for people to support you, yes, but it’s also a way for them to publicly show their support to the world. It’s a way for them to stop passerby’s who want a closer look and then in some way minister to them by explaining why I am on this mission and why they are choosing to support me. It’s another way that we are collecting spreading God’s word and kingdom and I am excited to provide that for people.
*I spent 3 weeks back and forth with the guy trying to make the design “just right”.
